How commissioning us works

No account needed to read any of this, and none needed to ask — there is an email address at the bottom of the form panel that reaches the same people. The account only exists so a quote and its revisions stay attached to one thread instead of scattered across DMs.

What we take on

Mods for Fabric, NeoForge and Forge; plugins for Paper and Spigot; datapacks; maps and builds; resource packs. The studio’s own work is almost entirely server-side — software that runs on the server while players connect with an unmodified client — and that is where we are most useful. We will still quote for the rest; we will just tell you if it is not our strongest ground.

What happens after you send it

It is read by the studio, usually within a few days. If it is something we can take on you get a written quote with a fixed price, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. If it is not, you get a straight no rather than silence — a slow maybe is worse than a fast no when you are trying to plan a server. Nothing is charged for asking, and there is no obligation attached to receiving a quote.

What makes a quote fast

Three things, and only one of them is the budget. Tell us the Minecraft version and loader you are on, what the thing actually has to do, and anything it has to work alongside — other mods, an existing permissions setup, a database you already run. A budget range is genuinely more useful than leaving it blank: it tells us whether to scope a weekend’s work or a month’s, and it means the first reply is an answer rather than another question.

What we will say no to

Anything that needs us to break another server’s terms, anything built to hide what it does from the people running it, and work we do not think we would do well. We would rather turn down a commission than take one and disappoint you slowly. If we say no we will try to point you somewhere better.
